Some enjoy the Ice Age Trail for its many miles of scenic hiking. Others come for the friendships forged at volunteer workdays. Whether people want to learn about Wisconsin’s rich geological history or merely unwind as they wander, the Ice Age Trail gives much to many.

Please give back by becoming a member of the Ice Age Park & Trail Foundation (IAPTF). More than 3000 members strong, the IAPTF is a nonprofit organization supporting the thousands of volunteers who build, maintain and protect the Ice Age Trail.

As a member you'll receive:

• Subscription to our quarterly magazine Mammoth Tales, with features on new Ice Age Trail segments, chapter events, land acquisitions, trail-building activities and more.

• Discounts on Ice Age Trail merchandise, including our two popular guidebooks.

• Membership, and voting privileges, in your local volunteer chapter and invitations to participate in chapter hikes, workdays and social activities.

A gift membership to the Ice Age Park & Trail Foundation is the perfect way to get your friends and relatives interested in the Ice Age Trail. * The IAPTF welcomes members from all walks of life. We encourage you to help us cover our membership costs by joining at the Trail Maintainer level or above. If for any reason you are unable to do so, we welcome your support at the $25 level.
