In May, four chain sawyers cut brush along the trail here in preparation for the trail building event in August.  They did not pile it because a volunteer group had scheduled an outing for that purpose. The group then cancelled.  Assisted by some Verona teachers, we will pick up and stack the cut brush for later burning at flagged locations.  Wear sturdy boots or shoes, long sleeve shirt, work gloves and hat.  Sunscreen and insect repellant recommended.
