The site for this workday is listed on the printed calendar as a property at Midtown Rd and Saracen Way in the Town of Verona, but the weather is not cooperating with our plans to spray garlic mustard there.  So we changed the site to the Holmes Preserve, a part of the Table Bluff Segment, where we’ll clear, pile and probably burn (if the predicted snow falls) invasive brush and weed trees.  It’s possible conditions will permit us to haul some people and equipment closer to the actual work area, but we’ll assemble at the Table Bluff Rd lot.  Trained and properly trained chain sawyers are welcome, as well as those preferring hand work.  Bring something to contribute to a hot lunch!
