Enjoy the fall colors with your family and attend a Mammoth Hike Challenge event with a short hike at Indian Lake County Park. Dane County Parks and Ice Age Trail Alliance will lead you on a half mile hike and then head back for a snack and fall themed craft. For families who are ready more hiking, there will be an opportunity to hike up to the lookout to enjoy the fall colors. Please note that the trails are not stroller friendly. Enjoy a special guest appearance by Monty, the Ice Age Trail mammoth mascot!

Registration

Registration through Dane County Parks is required. $5/participant or $20/family. Kids 5 and under are free. Registration fee supports the educational programs offered through Dane County Parks. Look for Fall Family Hike under the public events section.
