Come on a not-so-scary Halloween Tyke Hike on the Waterville Segment of the Ice Age Trail! All families are welcome!

Tyke Hikes are short, slow-paced hikes focused on exploration, discovery, service opportunities and natural play.  They last approximately 1-2 hours and can cover up to 1.5 miles. Tyke Hikes are led by Peter Dargatz, a forest kindergarten teacher and Ice Age Trail volunteer. Most Tyke Hikes include take-home materials and certificates for children.

We will meet at the UW-Waukesha Field Station. Hikers should wear costumes/clothing and shoes appropriate for the weather. Water and insect repellant are recommended.
