Hike:

Join us for this year’s last Spring Mid-Week Hike as we saunter along the Blue Trail at the Richard Bong State Recreational Area. It will take us through prairie and woodland, past wetlands and around Wolf Lake. This is an incredible place for spring wildflowers!

Details:

We will hike the 4.2 mile loop trek around Wolf Lake. A 1.8 mile loop trail is an option for those interested in a shorter hike. Dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes. Bring water for the hike.

Note: We do not cancel hikes ahead of time due to weather predictions. If that morning we have a deluge, or lightning, Mark will send out an email canceling… if you are not sure, stay home.

We will meet at Bong State Recreational Area’s Parking Lot C . Rest rooms and water are available here.
